MY STORY
I truly believe that our past doesn't define our future, our mindset does. Winning is an attitude.
At 21, I was a young mum in Eastern Europe with no income, no home, and no clear path forward — going through a messy divorce.
Life felt impossible; it could not get any lower. The only way was back up. I made a choice: to rise, to move forward, to learn, and to grow. That choice changed everything.
It became the turning point. I committed to personal growth, studied psychology, NLP, coaching, online marketing, and strategy at Harvard University. Piece by piece, I rebuilt my life.
Today, I live in Australia with my family, happily married for over 25 years. Australia is the place I've chosen to call my home.
I created the Success Mindset Club because I believe mental strength is the foundation of every success story. I teach the foundations of it in my Facebook group with over 170,000 followers, but I prefer to call them "leaders".

📌 6 MYTHS ABOUT SELF-CARE
(That Can Be Quietly Sabotaging Your Growth)
1. “Self-care means spa days and face masks.”
→ Truth: It can be, but real self-care is often boundaries, sleep, food, movement, and saying no.
2.“I should be able to power through without it.”→ Truth: You can, but at what cost? Working hard without rest equals burnout.
3. “When I finish my to-do list, I’ll rest.”→ Truth: There is no finish line. The rest has to be scheduled like any other priority.
4. “Self-care looks the same every day.” → Truth: What you need changes. Some days it’s stillness, others it’s action. Tune in.
5. “If I need this much self-care, something’s wrong with me.” → Truth: No. You’re not broken, you’re listening. That’s a strength.
6. “It’s only self-care if it’s relaxing.” → Truth: Therapy, hard conversations, deep work—that’s self-care too. Growth isn’t always calm.
